How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Yeoota account and all associated personal data directly from your profile. This is the quickest and most secure way to submit your request.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to your Profile: Navigate to the Profile page in the Yeoota app.
  2. Access Account Settings: Look for the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page, just above the logout button.
  3. Request Deletion: A popup will appear explaining what happens when you delete your account. You will be prompted to either proceed or cancel.
  4. Confirm: After you click proceed, your data will be permanently deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion through your profile, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Personal details such as name, email address, and phone number
  • Order history, booking records, and transaction data
  • Saved preferences, favorites, and reviews
  • Business listings and associated content (if applicable)

Retention Period

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). Once the retention period expires, this data will be securely deleted.
